MAYOR's YOUTH SUMMIT Positive Image Award Nomination: The theme of the 2003 Mayor's Youth Summit is "BE THE DIFFERENCE". As part of the Summit, Mayor Thomas M. Menino and the City of Boston will recognize several Boston teens with "BE THE DIFFERENCE" TEEN POSITIVE IMAGE AWARDS.
