Applications for the 2010-2011 Mayor's Youth Council will be available in January 2010.
Each spring the Youth Council accepts applications for the upcoming year from Boston teens who will be entering their junior or senior year in high school in the following fall. Applicants apply for this volunteer opportunity by completing a written application and participating in a group interview with staff and mentors from the Youth Council partnership. Council members that are selected commit to participating in skill building sessions, neighborhood outreach, and two citywide meetings a month at City Hall.
