New England Regional Student Program Tuition Break for New England Residents

Description: Massachusetts students can get a tuition break at state colleges and universities in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont in degree programs not offered by any Massachusetts State College or University. Programs eligible for this tuition break are listed in the Apple Book, which changes annually - it is available online or can by requested by phone.
Eligibility: Permanent New England Residency, enrollment in major an institution approved by the New England Regional Student Program. You must enroll as a certificate or degree student at a participating college and study a major that is offered by that college to residents of your state through the RSP. The majors are listed in the Apple Book catalog.
Criteria: There is no seperate application process. It is necessary to indicate on the application that the student is interested in the tuition break.
