| Description: | The concept of a posse works for both students and college campuses and is rooted in the belief that a small, diverse group of talented students, a posse, carefully selected and trained, can serve as a catalyst for increased individual and community development. The Posse Scholarship provides 10 full tution scholarships to Bucknell University, Centre College, Denison University, Hamilton College, Union College, and Bryn Mawr College. The scholarships are based upon leadership. |
| Eligibility: | You must be nominated by either your school or a community-based program. |
| Criteria: | Posse seeks students who are: -- Leaders in their high schools and communities Committed to their education and demonstrate academic potential -- Interested in teamwork and diversity -- Positive, motivated, talented, ambitious young people |
