BAC Pilot Scholarship

Sponsored by Boston Architectural Center
Description: The scholarship, based on academic achievement and a weekend design competition, is awarded to a student who has passed the Practice Curriculum Progress Review. The original purpose of the award was for travel. Alternative uses of the prize have been allowed since 1970.
Eligibility: Boston Public Schools graduate accepted to BAC and looking to attend an architecture or interior design program. Eligible students are notified.
Criteria: Application process
Selection: Selected by a jury on the basis of competition drawings and a personal interview with the committee, chaired by a member of the Boston Society of Architects.
Award: Full tuition, renewable for four years
Number: 1 every four years
Deadline: Not given out this year 2010
