Description:

The objective of this scholarhsip is to encourage Chinese
American students to become well-versed in their heritage and to contribute
to the Chinese American community in New England.

Eligibility:
|
High school graduates of Chinese ancestry; residen in greater Boston (call for eligible zip codes); acceptance to a college in New England.
|
|
Criteria:
|
Merit based, applicant must demonstrate excellence in a short (500 words or less) essay and a personal
interview. To renew scholarship, student must maintain full time enrollment and meet academic standards.
Recipients are obligated to submit an annula volunteer a minimum of 2 hours for a Chinese Historical Society event or activity
Heritage Tours.
