Each summer a number of Summer Youth Scholarship for Talent and Excellence in Music (SYSTEM 5)
students who successfully complete the five week Summer Performance Program receive scholarships
for full-time study at the College.

Eligibility:
|
Graduate of Boston public, private, or associated METCO schools; must be current resident of Boston and successfully completed SYSTEM 5 Summer Program
|

Criteria:
|
Official copy of student's academic record; music and character references; demonstrated potential for academic success; high level of motivation; demonstrated financial need; acceptance to Berklee College of Music
|

Award:
|
Full tuition renewable based on continued 2.5 G.P.A.

To be considered for the scholarship, the applicant must be a participant in the SYSTEM 5 Summer Program. Participants for the SYSTEM 5 Program are chosen in early April.
